All sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
If your tracking information confirms that your order was delivered, we cannot provide a refund. However, if your package is lost in transit and the tracking does not show as "delivered," please reach out to us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
For any issues with defective or damaged items upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will review your case.
